Always Aspire – Account Support & Data Deletion Request

If you have created an account with Always Aspire (AlwaysAspire.com) or on our Mobile App (Android or iOS) and would like to request that your account and associated data be deleted, please follow the steps below.

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data:

1. Send an email to marketing@alwaysaspire.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request.”

Include the following in your message:
The email address associated with your Always Aspire account
A statement confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account and all related data.
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

2. When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

Your account profile information
Your email and login credentials
Any personal information you have provided to Always Aspire
App usage data linked to your account

3. What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained even after account deletion when required for:
Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations
Security, fraud prevention, or abuse monitoring
Any retained data is stored securely and is never used for marketing, personalization, or product development purposes.

We retain only what is legally required and delete all other data within 30 days of your request.

4. For any support or issues related to the website or app, you may also email the request for support to marketing@alwaysaspire.com.
