• Perform sanitation and janitorial operations for Aspire facilities and grounds.
• Responsible for daily deep cleaning and stocking of restrooms.
• Patrol all locations of Aspire including but not limited to facilities, grounds, playgrounds, bike course, trails, greenway, and parking areas ensuring litter and debris pickup.
• Perform trash runs changing bags in trash receptacles throughout Aspire.
• Deep clean and sanitize Aspire amenities included by not limited to trash receptacles, benches, picnic tables, drinking fountains, gates, signage, etc. using power-washer equipment.
• Inspect and restock dog-bag dispensers.
• Perform sanitation and janitorial supply inventory.
• Perform all other assigned job-related duties as needed.
• Inspect and repair walking paths, benches, picnic tables, and other Aspire facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
• Empty trash bins, recycle materials, and maintain cleanliness throughout Aspire.
• Ensure that playground equipment, sports facilities, and Aspire tools are in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections for hazards, such as fallen branches or damaged structures, and address any safety concerns promptly.
• Assist in setting up for community events, including arranging equipment, staging, and cleanup.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as fallen trees or severe weather, ensuring visitor safety.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory, and any incidents or repairs needed.

Salary: $18 per hour

• Greet guests as they arrive, providing them with information about “The Experience,” and guiding them through each station.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls, determine purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain inventory sold at the front desk and conduct sales of merchandise; ensure safe cash handling and closing of register for individual shifts.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, especially young children, during their visit.
• Engage with children in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner, fostering a sense of wonder and curiosity throughout “The Experience”.
• Manage large groups of children, maintaining order, and ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable and educational experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling group visits, coordinating with educators or chaperones, and maintaining records related to “The Experience”.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Provide support for special events or projects related to “The Experience” or Aspire as needed.
• Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Perform all other assigned job-related duties as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Experience working with children, preferable in an educational or recreational setting.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and smile, even in high-pressure or challenging situations.

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role is preferred but not required.

Salary: $18 per hour

Tasks involved include:

• Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns. Grass and meadow maintenance experience would be extremely helpful.
• Weeding and mulching landscape beds.
• Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs.
• Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
• Planting shrubs, flowers and trees.
• Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes.
• Monitoring and maintaining plant health.
• Applying pesticides in a safe manner.
• Maintaining watering systems.

Schedule is full time, Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (8 hours with 30 minute lunch). Occasional weekend work may be required with advanced notice. Work begins after verification of qualifications at Aspire in Clinton, Tennessee.
