We are looking for a full-time Landscaper to join our team at Aspire! The Landscaper position is directly responsible for the hands-on beautification of landscapes of our diverse recreational experience.

Tasks involved include:

• Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns. Grass and meadow maintenance experience extremely helpful
• Weeding and mulching landscape beds
• Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
• Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees
• Planting shrubs, flowers and trees
• Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes
• Monitoring and maintaining plant health
• Applying pesticides in a safe manner
• Maintaining watering systems

Applicants should be experienced, hard-working, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Applicants should be ready to keep up with the high-paced demands of a busy landscaping Team. Schedule is full time, Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8 hours with 30 minute lunch). Occasional weekend work may be required with advanced notice. Work begins after verification of qualifications at Aspire Park in Clinton, Tennessee.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
