As a full-time experienced Painter, you will play a crucial role in our operations, bringing your expertise in painting, sheet rock repair, pressure washing, and staining to every project. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their workmanship and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking and patching imperfections
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, trim, concrete, and other surfaces.
• Perform sheet rock repairs including filling cracks, holes, and smoothing surfaces
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces such as siding, decks, sidewalks, concrete surfaces, and fences
• Select appropriate tools and materials for each job and maintain them in good condition
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project specifications and standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in all aspects of painting including prep work, application, and finishing techniques
• Knowledge of sheet rock repair techniques and materials
• Experience with pressure washing and staining preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Flexible schedule. Nights and weekend may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly $18 – $20 DOE
